Red Lion Inn & Suites Post Falls

We really enjoyed rooms with very comfortable semi-firm bed. Thanks to the amicable staff everything was well-maintained. It offered us comfortable and absolutely perfect location just off bike trail, the theme park, and an almost vacant outlet mall.

The Queen Room was decent. Clean enough for a stay, but I really wish it had a mini fridge. The towels could use some upgrading too. The shower had limited hot water, a bummer. It met basic needs but reminded me of it was missing a few key amenities.

The staff are very very nice and superfriendly people.

The A/C functioned well. Conveniently located just off the I-90, great for travelers needing quick access to the highway.

The carpets in the hallways and rooms appear in need of a serious cleaning, while the beds are quite uncomfortable, creaking loudly with any movement. The bathroom showed signs of neglect, including dirt around edges and corners, along with lingering odd stains on the shower curtain that raised some eyebrows. Breakfast options are limited and could use an upgrade to meet expectations.

This place was just a proper fit for strolling in Post Falls with all in all great value for money. We appreciated the quick response from staff who came to change our sheets right away when we complained. If you're in need of a late check-in, call ahead to confirm room availability.
